ANALISIS KELAYAKAN PENGEMBANGAN USAHA KONVEKSI SARUNG BANTAL “TELAGA WARNA” DI JURANGMANGU-TANGERANG SELATAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE CAPITAL BUDGETING PERIODE 2018-2022

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much investment in the development of convection business of "Telaga Warna" pillowcase in Jurangmangu-South Tangerang in 2018 using Capital Budgeting Optimistic, Moderate and Pessimistic version and to know the feasibility of investing in the development of convection business of pillowcase " Telaga Warna "in Jurangmangu-South Tangerang 2018-2022 using Capital Budgeting Optimistic, Moderate and Pessimistic. The method used by Capital Budgeting with 6 (six) analysis tools are Payback Period, Net Present Value, Average Rate of Return, Internal Rate of Return, Profitability Index, and Discounted Payback Period. The results of this study indicate the amount of investment in the development of pillow business "Telaga Warna" in Jurangmangu-Tangerang Selatan on Optimistic version of Rp 1.347.794.000, Moderat version of Rp 1,193,762,000 and pessimistic version of Rp 1,039,730,000 and investment feasibility of the development of pillowcase business "Telaga Warna" in Jurangmangu-South Tangerang on Moderate, Optimistic and Pessimistic version is declared eligible to be developed.
