Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of Return On Equity, Current Ratio and Total Asset Turnover Capital structure on a manufacturing company sub sector of the automotive and components that are listed in the Indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2016. The population in this study as many as 13 companies and samples used as many as 12 companies manufacturing sub sector of the automotive and components that are listed in the Indonesia stock exchange. The method used is the hypothesis testing (hypothesis testing). Analysis tool used is regression liniear double and tested by using program statistical package for the social science (SPSS) v20 for windows. Sampling techniques using a purposive sampling method. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements auditan 2012-2016 period. The results showed Current Ratio to capital structure while the Return On Equity and Total AssetTurnover no effect on the structure of capital.
