PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, RETUEN ON EQUITY, STRUKTUR AKTIVA, PERTUMBUHAN PENJUALAN TERHADAP STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR OTOMOTIF YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2012 – 2016

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of current ratio, return on equity asset structure, the level of prnjualan growth on capital structure in automotive sub-companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016.In this study the authors use secondary data, in the form of financial statements of automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method, the number of samples used as many as 12 companies from a population of 13 companies.The method used in this research is descriptive statistic method with classical assumption test analysis, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 22.0 and Microsoft Excel.The results of this study indicate that the variable return on equity, sales growth rate has a significant influence on capital structure, while the variable current ratio, asset structure and sales growth rate has no significant effect on capital structure
