In line with the rapid economic growth and remembering the rapid growth of goods and services needed by consumers, the more they increase, both in number and type, this encourages companies to race to satisfy consumer needs by producing goods and services accordingly with the wishes of consumers. This situation results in the creation of competition among companies that produce similar goods and services. The marketing strategy carried out by PT. Tamasya Tours & Travel is to implement a marketing mix, especially service, trust and the place or location of the company to be well embedded in the minds of people or customers who want to go anywhere. PT. Tamasya Tours & Travel several times to carry out activities to introduce the company to its customers, so that customers feel satisfied. In this study the population is in consumer studies on PT. Tamasya tour & travel, central Jakarta. The population of this study belongs to the population that is limited (finite), because the amount is known for sure, the population amounts to 200 respondents / consumers. In this study the number of samples used was as many as 67 customers (respondents). This research regression equation Y = 3.134 + 0.240 X1 + 0.356 X2 + 0.518 X3, The results of observations made in this study concluded that service quality partially affects customer satisfaction at PT. Tamasya Tours & Travel, Trust partially affects customer satisfaction at PT. Tamasya Tour & Travel, Location partially influences customer satisfaction at PT. Tamasya Tour & Travel.

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of E-Commerce website quality, promotion and trust in using E-Commerce on property classified ad purchasing decisions (Study at PT OLX Indonesia for the period October-December 2018). The variable used by the author in this study is the quality of E-Commerce website (X1), promotion (X2), trust using E-Commerce (X3) affects purchasing decisions (Y) as the dependent variable. In this study, the author uses data retrieval by taking questionnaires to 69 respondents. The method that I use in this study is purposive sampling. While each variable that I use is the Likert scale with a measurement of five levels of answers. Data obtained by the author through a questionnaire was obtained by researchers using SPSS 22 software. The analysis tool used by the author is multiple linear regression, correlation analysis, analysis of coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing namely t test and F test. with validity test and reliability test and classic assumption test.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust, price, service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction (Study at PT Bonita Anugrah Pratama). To find out the influence of these variables, the authors collected data by distributing questionnaires directly to 81 respondents. The sampling technique used is probability sampling and simple random sampling with respondents using the Umrah package services. The measurement of these variables uses a Likert scale, with five levels of answers. Data obtained from the results of the questionnaire were processed into interval data using SPSS 22 data processing software. The analytical tool used was correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (RÂ²), and hypothesis testing namely t test (partial). The results of the research partially show that trust, price, service quality and facilities have a significant and positive effect on consumer satisfaction of users of Bonita's umrah travel service.

This study analyzed the impact of Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Firm Size and Total Asset Turnover to the Dividend Payout Ratio in companies incorporated in the Bisnis 27 index period 2013-2017. In this study using multiple linear regression equation by using stepwise method. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling method by using 9 company. In this study using multiple linear regression equation by using stepwise method The result of this study shows that Cash Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Firm Size have significant influence to Dividend Payout Ratio, while Debt to Equity Ratio have no significant effect to Dividend Payout Ratio.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires as many as 40 respondents at PT Benesse Indonesia. The sampling technique in this study was a saturated sampling technique. This study examines the effect of leadership style programs, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance with multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that leadership style variables and job satisfaction do not affect employee performance. While the motivation program variables affect employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Fundamental Analysis which consists of 6 (six) ratios, namely Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price Book Value (PBV), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Divident Yield (DY) on Stock Trading Volume in pharmaceutical sub-sector period 2012-2016. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method of 7 samples from 10 public companies. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis using stepwise method. The results showed that the variable Price Earnings Ratio (PER), Price Book Value (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE) and Divident Yield (DY) have no significant effect on stock trading volume. The purpose of this research is to know Trust (X₁), Quality of Service (X₂), Promotion (X₃), Brand Image (X₄) to Consumer Satisfaction (Y). The population are 3111, The sample in this research are 100 respondents taken by Purposive Sampling technique. Tools consisting of practical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The regression equation formed is Y = 1,799 + 0.088 X₁ + 0,228 X₂ + -0,095 X₃ + 0,543 X₄. From the calculation that has been done, seen that the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.566. These things can be interpreted as variables of Trust, Quality of Service, Promotion, Brand Image has effect to Consumer Satisfaction 56% while 44% issued by variables outside this study. Variable of Service Quality d Brand image have significant influence to Consumer Satisfaction, while Promotion and Trust variables have no effect to the research

Profitability has an important role in business activities to maintain its future viability. The level of profitability of the company can be influenced by many factors such as Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Net Profit Margin. This research is raining to know the influence of Currebt Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Net Profit Margin to profitability (Return On Asset) at sub sector of Advertising, Printing and Media company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. This research uses the variables that can be reformed Return On Asset is Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Net Profit Margin by testing classical consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. In this study using panel data analysis techniques then data processed using the program Econometric View 9 (Eviews 9) and Microsoft Excel for Windows 2013. The data used is secondary data with the number of samples of 10 companies. This research uses Purposive Sampling method. The result of research shows that there is a significant influence between Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin to Return On Asset. The coefficient of determination of 0.663 which means that the ability of the regression model to predict is 66.3%.

In this global era, company are faced in competitive condition which is increasing so required to be more creative and innovative in offering something that worth it compared to the competitors. Competition in business world will pushing company to race to become a market leader. The point of this research is to know the influence of product quality, promotion, and service quality of purchase decision. Sample in this research are 100 person consumers in Diamond Supermarket which count using Slovin formulas with Non Probability Sampling methods with giving questionnaire using Simple Random Sampling. Instrument of research used as measuring instrument in this research become questionnaire with Likert scale. After the answer result of questionnaire were given had process using Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS 21. Multiple regression analysis Y = 0,233 + 0,284x₁ + 0,508x₂ + 0,201x₃+ â‚¬_. The most effected independent variable to dependent variable is Produk quality (0,664) followed by variable of Promosi variable (0,799), and variable of service quality (0,587).Result of T test proves that three independent variable ( product quality, promotion, and service quality) have positive influence and significant of dependent variable is the purchase decision. Adjusted R Square determination coefficient obtained by 0,749, it means 74,9% purchase decision was affected by brand image, price, and product quality while the rest 25,1% was affected by anothers variable which is not included in this study.

The purpose of this research is to know how the influence of the trust, ease of use, security, product quality, and price toward purchase decition. The sample in this research were student Budi Luhur University & Budi Luhur Secretarial Academy who ever shop one time on the tokopedia.com. The samples were 96 people selected using purposive sampling through an online questionnaire and to meet audient. T test results showed that the security, product quality, and price variables have a positive and significant influence towards purchase decition, while the trust and ease of use variable have not significant influence towards purchase decition. The coefficient of determination obtained from the independent variable in this research is 74,8% already influence of the trust, ease of use, security, product quality, and price toward purchase decition.while the remaining 25,2% is influenced by other variables outside the model of this research

In the face of an increasingly complex business environment as it is currently needed a performance measurement method that can assess company performance accurately and thoroughly. In this case the method that can be used is the Balance Scorecard. Balance Scorecard is a performance measurement tool that combines financial and non-financial performance measures. The Balance Scorecard measures performance from four perspectives, namely growth and learning perspectives, internal business process perspective, customer perspective, and financial perspective. The study was conducted using data from 2014 - 2017 at PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Jambi Merang to analyze financial perspectives, while for other perspectives an analysis was carried out through the calculation of questionnaires. The population in this study were customers and employees of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Jambi Merang, while the samples taken were 32 respondents for employees and 6 respondents for customers respectively. The test tool used is SPSS 20. Measurement of validity and reliability tests using a questionnaire. The dependent variable in this study is Return on equity. While the independent variables are financial perspective, internal business process perspective, customer perspective, growth and learning perspective. In the financial perspective, the ROE indicator have shown sufficient performance. For the customer perspective, it shows good performance with satisfying customer satisfaction. In the internal business perspective, the company is able to innovate well. And for growth and learning perspectives shows a satisfactory level of employee satisfaction. From the research data it can be concluded that using the Balance Scorecard can provide a more structured and comprehensive picture.

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Return on Assets, Total Asset Turnover, and Structure Asset to Capital Structure in companies incorporated in the LQ45 index period 2013-2017. In this study using multiple linear regression equation by using stepwise method. The company's sample is used by seventeen companies from forty-five companies incorporated in the LQ45 Index. The result of the research shows that Curent Ratio, Return on Asset, Total Asset Turnover, and Structure Asset have significant influence to Company Value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions (Study at CV Cahaya Abadi Motor). The population in this study were 250 consumers, and the sample was 72 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used is probability sampling and simple random sampling with respondents or consumers who purchase spare parts H.O.P. Measurement of these variables uses a Likert scale, with four levels of answers. Data obtained from the results of the questionnaire were processed into interval data using SPSS 24 data processing software. The results of this study are that brand image does not affect purchasing decisions, product quality affects purchasing decisions, and prices influence purchasing decisions.

A high increase in company value is a long-term goal that should be achieved by the company which will be reflected in the market price of its shares. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity and Total Asset Turnover on Price Book Value in sub-automotive public companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The independent variables used in this study are Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity and Total Asset Turnover, while the dependent variable is Price Book Value (PBV) which is a calculation of Company Value. This research is a quantitative research using purposive sampling technique in determining samples, and obtained 11 companies from 13 companies. The analysis model used in this study is a multiple linear regression model using (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) SPSS 25. The results show that the Current Ratiot does not have a significant effect on Price Book Value while the Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity and Total Asset Turnover have an effect significant to Price to Book Value.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Net Profit Margin and Frim Size to Capital Structure simultaneously or partialy on manufacturing companies incorporated in LQ 45 listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia period 2013-2017. The sample in this study is 12 companies incorporated in LQ 45 index by using purposive sampling. In this study the authors use secondary data, in the form of financial statements of companies that made he objek of research the method of analysis used is a classical assumpotion test consisting of multicolinrarity test, correlations test regression test, and hypothesis testing using the help of Microsoft Excel 2013 program SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) version 19.0 for windows. The results showed that partially Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Firm Size. While the variabels Net Profit Margin does not affect the Capital Structure.

The purpose of this reaserch is to find out the influence of service quality on student loyality, the influence of service quality on trust, the influence of trust on student loyality, the role of service quality in mediating the influence of trust on student loyality, and the influence of price on student loyality. This research is an explanatory research. The population used in this research is the students of each faculty of Budi Luhur University Jakarta which are 1.805 students in total. Data is collected using questionnaire which reliability and validity are tasted. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with total 110 respondents. Data is analyzed using SEM-AMOS. The results of this research are service quality influence student loyality, price influence student loyality, service quality mediates the influence of price on student loyality, trust influences student loyality and service quality mediates the influence of trust on student loyality.

_{^{This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Asset Ratio, Net Working Capital, Growth Opportunity and Firm Size on companies listed in IDX.30 Index for the period 2014-2017 in this study. The researcher uses secondary data, in the form of financial statements listed on IDX Index.30. not banking registered at bursa efek indonesiaperiod 2014-2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 13 companies from 26 companies in the IDX.30 Index that had met the criteria. The research method used by the researcher is descriptive statistics with test analysis using classical assumptions, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, hiptesis testing and dressing linear regression analysis by using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 19.0 and Microsoft Excel 2010. The results research shows that the variable Debt to Asset Ratio have an influence on Cash Holding. As for the variable Net Working Capital, Growth Opportunity and Firm Size there is no effect on Cash Holding. The determination coefficient is 0.244% which shows that 24.4% of Cash Holdings are caused by the Debt to Asset Ratio, Net Working Capital, Growth Opportunity and Firm Size.}}

Profitability Ratio is a ratio that aims to determine the ability of a company to generate profits for a certain period and provide an overview of the level of management effectiveness in carrying out its business activities. This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Working Capital Turnover, and Sales Growth on Return On Assets. The population in this study is a public company Pharmacy Sub Sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2013 - 2017. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique and produced a sample of 8 companies. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple analysis techniques. The results of the testing in this study indicate that Debt to Equity Ratio and Sales Growth affect Return On Assets. While the Current Ratio and Working Capital Turnover have no effect on Return On Assets.

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of customer relationship management on customer satisfaction which is mediated by brand trust and service quality variables. This research is an explanatory research. The population used in this research are the customers of Imperial Kitchen & Dimsum, Ciputra Mall-West Jakarta which is 13.300 people in total. Data collected using questionnaire. While sampling method used is simple random sampling with 110 total respondents. Data is analyzed using SEM-AMOS. The result of this research is customer relationship management influences brand trust, brand trust influences customer satisfaction, brand trust mediates the influences of customer relationship management on customer satisfaction, customer relationship management influences service quality, service quality influences customer satisfaction, service quality mediates the influences of customer relationship management on customer satisfaction, and customer relationship management does not influence customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of the Degree Of Financial Leverage, Degree Of Operating Leverage, and Debt To Asset Ratio On Return On Asset. The sample in this study is a pharmaceutical sub-sector company which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study researchers used secondary data, in the form of financial statements of the Pharmacy Sub Sector for the period 2013-2017 that had met the criteria. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method. This study uses descriptive statistical methods using classical assumptions, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) program version 20.0 and Microsoft Excel for Windows 2010 to determine the direct and not directly on the linear regression coefficient. The results of this study indicate that the Debt To Asset Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Asset while the Degree Of Financial Leverage and Degree Of Operating Leverage have no effect Return On Asset.

This time culinary business competition is getting strict and must be able to survive and grow. Maintaining customers and competition in getting new customers in this case prospective customers is one of the important things to do. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, promotion, location on customer satisfaction. The population of Domino's Pizza Villa Bintaro Regency, Tangerang for 3 months starting July-September is 6,141 customers and the sample in this study is 100 customers, which are calculated using the Taro Yamane formula with the method used namely Probability Sampling by distributing questionnaires using Simple techniques Random sampling. The research instrument used as a tool was measured in this study in the form of a questionnaire with Likert scale. The results of respondents' answers to the given questionnaire were processed using Microsoft Excel 2007 and Software Statistics Poduct Service And Solution (SPSS) version 20. Variable product quality, service quality, promotion, location had a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Sempel used as many as 65 companies in the food and beverage subsector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2013 - 2017. In this study the authors used an analysis tool is variable descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test, normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression equation, simultaneous test (f test) and hypothesis test (t test) and the coefficient of determination. By using computer assistance, the SPSS for Windows 21.00 program gets the results of hypothesis testing showing that partially there is a significant influence between the Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On Assets , there is no significant influence between the Inventory Turnover , Asset Growth (X4) variables on Return On Assets (Y).

This study entitled analysis of service quality, facilities and prices on the decision of package delivery service users at the South Jakarta Post Office. Which has an independent variable service quality (X1), facilities (X2), price (X3) and independent variables of purchase decisions (Y). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality (X1), price (X2), and facilities (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) at the South Jakarta Post Office. For a population of 1,350 users, 100 samples were taken using the Taro Yamene formula. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling by sampling using Random Sampling. The analysis tool used by IBM software version 20.0 consists of multiple linear regression analysis and the regression equation formed is Y = 0.966+ 1.188 X1 + 0.331 X2 + 0.203 X3. From the results of calculations that have been done, it can be seen that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.488. This can be interpreted as variable service quality, facilities and prices have a contribution to the influence of the purchasing decision variable of 48.8% while the remaining 51.2% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Service quality and facility variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while price variables have no effect. After doing the research, it can be concluded that the linear regression model used in this study is feasible.

Vocational High School (Vocational School) is one form of formal education unit that provides vocational education at the secondary education level as a continuation of junior high school, MTs, or other equivalent forms. Schools in education and vocational types can be called Vocational High Schools (Vocational Schools) or Vocational Aliyah Madrasas (MAK). The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of leadership, work motivation, work discipline and work environment significantly influence teacher performance in vocational schools YAPIA, Tangerang Selatan. Sampling is a Non Probability Sampling, which is a method of sampling saturated or as a whole as many as 50 respondents. The method of this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Research results and hypotheses show that Leadership, Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment significantly influence Teacher Performance, these results are indicated by the calculated F value of 41.098> F table 2.81 and the Sig. 0,000 <0,05. Partially Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment have a significant effect on Teacher Performance, while Leadership does not affect Teacher Performance.

This study aims to determine effect of Current Ratio, Return On Asset, Total Asset Turnover, and Debt to Equity Ratio on Firm Value in the Property and Real Estate Sub Sector period 2015-2017. The sampling using purposivensampling method. The population of this research was 48 companies and the sample used was 22 companies innthe property and real estate sub-sectors listed innthe Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this study is the Hypothesis Testing. The analysis tool usednis multiple linear regressionnanalysis tested using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) versionn21.0 and Microsoft Excel 2016. The data use is secondary data innthe form of complete financial statement during the study period. The resultsnof this research show that currentnratio and debt to equity ratio hasnsignificant influence to the firm value whereas return on asset and total asset turnover does not have any influence to firm value.

This research is meant to test the influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Return On Equity to Stock price at Bisnis 27 index listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2017 period. The technique of determining the sample used is porposive sampling, and obtained the sampling criteria is 10 companies bisnis 27 index from existing 27 companies. The method used in this research is hypotesis testing. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression assisted with statistical package program for the social sciences (SPSS) version 20 and microsoft excel 2010. The result showed that Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio had significant effect on Stock Price, while Total Asset Turnover and Return On Equity has no significant effect on Stock Price.

The purpose of this study is to know empirically influence Asset growth, Structure Of Assets, Current Ratio, and Sales Growth to capital structure. This research was conducted at food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2014-2017. The sample selection was done by purposive sampling, the number of samples used were 13 companies from the population of 18 companies. The population in this research is employees of Medika Laboratory Group. Sampling technique is saturated sampling that take all sample as much 50 respondents. The research instrument used as a measuring instrument in this study is in the form of questionnaire and assisted with Likert scale. This research uses descriptive research type with quantitative approach. The study was used to analyze the results of respondents on the questionnaire ang given, then the data is processed using software SPSS 20. Results of multiple linear analysis The research method using multiple linier regression analysis method. Y = 0.585 + 0.515 X1 + 0.388 X2 + 0.264 X3 + 0.522 X4 + â‚¬ so partially the leadership, compensation, motivation and work environment significantly influence employee productivity in Medika Laboratory Group coefficient of determination analysis (R₂) indicates that leadership variable (X₁), compensation (X₂) motivation (X₃), and work environment (X₄) had an effect of 81.5% on employee performance in Medika Laboratory Group.

Price To Book Value is very important, because the performance of a company can be valued from the Price To Book Value, it also affects the investors' assessment of the company. Companies need to pay attention to Current Ratio, Debt To Asset Ratio, Return On Equity, and Total Asset Turnover to achieve a good Price To Book Value. This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt To Asset Ratio, Return On Equty, and Total Asset Turnover on Price To Book Value. The population in this study are public companies that are members of the Nonbank Company LQ45 index for the period 2014-2017 with a sample of 17 companies selected using the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that Return On Equity and Total Asset Turnover have a positive and significant effect on Price To Book Value, while Current Ratio, and Debt To Asset Ratio have no significant effect on Price To Book Value.

ABSTRACT

In investment activities an investor must have the ability to carry out stock analysis and one of the method who used to analyze a stock is fundamental analysis. According to that things, the author conducted research with the aim to determinate the effect of financial ratios on Price Earning Ratio in Public Companies Manufacturing Food and Beverages Sub Sector and research period is 2013-2017. This research uses four variable which are thought to effect Price Earning Ratio is Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, and Return on Equity. This research used secondary data with total of sample is 12 companies. Purposive Sampling is method who used for this research. The result of this research showed that Return on Equity have a significant effect to Price Earning Ratio while the variables Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Assets Turn Over have insignificant effect to Price Earning Ratio. The Determination Coefficient is 0.534 which means that 53.4 % of Price Earning Ratio is determinated by independent variable Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over, and Return on Equity. While the remaining 0.466 or 46.6 % is explained by other variable outside the research.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Product Quality, Price and Product Variation on Purchase Decision of Elevator products at PT Louserindo Megah Permai. The research methodology used in this study is quantitative. The sample used was 100 respondents, with the sampling method using probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis for hypothesis testing using Multiple Linear Regression with the help of Stastical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software version 20. The results showed that, Product Quality, Price and Product Variation partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. The coefficient of determination is 0.621, this indicates that Repurchase is influenced by Product Quality, Price and Product Variation of 62.1%, while the remaining 37.9% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions at PT Swissa Jaya Abadi at Pancoran SOHO, South Jakarta. The research methodology used in this study is quantitative. The population in this study are consumers who purchase products from PT Swissa Jaya Abadi, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data analysis for hypothesis testing using Multiple Linear Regression with the help of Stastical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software version 22. Research results show that product quality and prices have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while promotions have an effect and are not significant on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination shows the magnitude of the influence of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions of 59.4%.

The research instrument used as a meansuring instrument in this study was in the form of a questionnaire and converted using the Likert scale. The study was used to analyze the results of respondent answers to the questionnaire given, then the data was processed using SPSS 20 data processing. The result of multiple regression analysis The most influential independent variables on the dependent variable are Service Qualitiy , followed by Trust variables, and Promotion variables. The results of the t test prove that the three independet variables (Service Quality, Trust, and Promotion) have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, specifically for the member satisfaction.

The number of samples used were 96 respondents and questionnaires were distributed by 96 questionnaires and 96 questionnaires that could be processed. Data processing uses validity testing, reliability testing, classic assumption testing, multiple linear regression tests, and correlation tests through version 22 of the SPSS (Statistical Peckage for Social Sciences) program. The results of this study indicate that Trust and Ease have a significant effect on partial customer satisfaction . In addition, this study also proves that Service partially has no effect on Consumer Satisfaction. The result of this research showed that Current Ratio, Return On Assets, and Total Assets Turnover have influence significant to Firm Value, meanwhile Debt To Equity Ratio have not influence to Firm Value

Capital is very important in building and guaranteeing the sustainability of the company. Capital is needed for each company, issued if the company will expand. Therefore, companies must determine the capital needed. Current ratio, net profit margin, total asset turnover and firm size to the capital structure of companies incorporated in the LQ 45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method and the sample obtained was 18 companies incorporated in the LQ 45 index of the total participation of 45 companies. The method used is hypothesis testing. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression assisted by the SPSS variance 20 program with the backward method and Microsoft Excel 2013. The results of this study indicate that the current ratio variable, net profit margin, total asset turnover have a significant negative effect on capital structure, using company size does not affect the capital structure.

This research aims to find empirical evidences regarding the influence of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover on price book value in the automotive and component sub-sectors listed on the IDX for the period 2012-2016.The method of determining the sample using by Purposive Sampling method with 8 samples of automotive sub-sector companies. This Research using secondary data in the form of Company Financial Statements. The analytical method used is the classic assumption test, correlation coefficient test, multiple linear regression test panel data, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test using statacorp program (stata 14.1) and using generalized least square model and miscrosoft excel 2007.The result shows that Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin And Total Asset Turnover has significantly influence on Price to Book Value, but debt to equity ratio hasnâ€™t a significant influence on the dependent variable Price to Book Value

Dividend policy is related to determining how much profit will be shared with shareholders or investors and determining how much profit should be replanted as retained earnings. This study aims to examine the factors that influence dividend policy. The independent variables in this study include, Current Ratio, Solvability (Debt to Equity Ratio), Profitability (Return on Assets) and Activities (Total Asset Turn Over). While the dependent variable is Dividend Payout Ratio in public companies in the Automotive sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The analytical model used in this study is the panel data regression model using the StataCorp Stata 14.1 program and the data are analyzed using linear regression method Panel data. The results showed that Current Ratio had no significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio while Solvability (Debt to Equity Ratio), Profitability (Return on Assets) and Activities (Total Asset Turn Over) had a significant effect on Dividend Policy (Dividend Payout Ratio).

This study aims to determine whether the Compensation, Organizational Communication and Job Satisfaction effect on Employee Performance at PT Indomarco Prismatama. The population in this study are employees Variable PT Indomarco Prismatama. The study population of 50 respondents. Sampling using saturated sampling technique. Data analysis method used is the classical assumption and hypothesis testing. The results and this hypothesis indicates that the variable compensation and job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance, these results indicated by the variable compensation value arithmetic 10.160 T> T table 1,678 and sig. 0,000 <0,05 and job satisfaction variables calculated value 2.636 T> T Table 1, 678 and sig. 0.011 <0.05. While organizational communication variables have no effect on employee performance

The purpose of this study is to determine the symptoms of financial distress on Cement sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2012-2017. The results of this study are used to provide information to companies that are on the symptoms of financial distress to immediately evaluate their financial performance and to provide information for investors as a reference for investing. This study took a samples from 5 (five) companies out of the population of 6 (six) companies on Cement sub-sector by purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data, in the form of financial statements from the companies that are participated in this research. The analytical methods used are Altman Z-Score, Springate S-Score, and Zmijewski X-Score. The research data was processed using the Microsoft Excel 2016 program. The results showed that the Altman, Springate, and Zmijewski methods can be used as a tool to analyze financial distress symptoms of a company. In the Altman method, there are 3 companies that do not experience symptoms of financial distress, 1 company experiences a gray area and 1 company experiences symptoms of financial distress. In the Springate method, there are 3 companies that do not experience financial distress symptoms and 2 companies experience symptoms of financial distress. In the Zmijewski method, there are no companies that experience symptoms of financial distress

This study aims to determine whether there is the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), and Company Size on Price To Book Value (PBV) in plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017. The population in this study were 16 companies and the samples used were 14 companies. The analytical method used is by using multiple linear regression using version 20 of Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social Science) and using the Backward method. The results showed that Total Assets Turnover and Company Size had a significant effect on Price To Book Value. While the Current Ratio has no effect on the Price To Book Value in plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017.

The Food and Beverage Sector is a Very Strategic Industry and Contributes to the non-oil and Gas Processing Industry. So This Shows That The Food and Beverage Industry Sector has a Large Role in Indonesia economic Growth.This Study Aims to Examine Four Independent Variables and The Dependent Variable, Which Was Taken as The Research, The Influence of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Equity and Total Assets Turnover Against Profit Growth. This Study Uses Secondary Data Followed By Financial Statements in 9 Food and Beverage Sub Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in The Period 2013-2017. This Study Uses The Panel Data Analysis Method. The Results of This Study are The Results of Management Using The Econometric View 9 Program (Eviews 9). Based on The Data Regression Analysis Panel that Tests The Factors That Influence Earnings Growth in the Food and Beverage Sub Sector, It Can be Concluded That The Current Ratio Has a Significant Effect On Equity Has a Significant Effect On Earnings Growth, Total Asset Turnover Has a Significant Effect On Earnings Growth.
