Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Company Size, Asset Structure, Profitability, and Liquidity on Capital Structure. The population in this study was the Agriculture Plantation Sub-sector company which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2013-2017 Period, the sample used was Purposive Sampling technique and obtained a sample of 14 companies. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression methods with SPSS 20.0 software. The results of this study show that the variable structure of assets, profitability, and liquidity has a significant negative effect on capital structure and variable size of the company does not affect the capital structure
